Bill is a Researcher on the Frontier Security team. His work aims to ensure that government-acquired AI systems are secure and reliable. Bill recently completed a secondment at the UK Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, where he remains a part-time Senior Policy Advisor. Before joining IAPS, he worked for the Social Market Foundation, a Westminster think-tank. He holds an MPhil in Anthropocene Studies and a BA in Politics and International Relations, both from the University of Cambridge.
