Brianna Rosen

Research Director

Dr. Brianna Rosen is Research Director for Frontier Security at the Institute for AI Policy and Strategy (IAPS), where she leads the organization's work on cyber autonomy, defense and public-private partnerships, and national preparedness for AI and other emerging technology risks.

Before joining IAPS, Brianna was Senior Fellow and Director of the AI and Emerging Technologies Initiative at Just Security, an independent law and policy forum at New York University School of Law. She also co-founded the Programme for Cyber and Technology Policy at the University of Oxford. A recognized authority on AI and national security, Brianna brings nearly two decades of leadership experience across government and academia, including roles at the White House National Security Council and the Office of the Vice President, where she advised on security, technology, and foreign policy issues. She holds a PhD and a Master in Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
