Dave is a research associate on the compute policy team at IAPS. He is also a research manager at ERA in the technical AI governance stream. Prior to joining IAPS, Dave participated in the IAPS fellowship, GovAI summer fellowship, ARENA, and SPAR. Dave holds a B.A. in computer science from Columbia University.
