Eda is the Senior People and Operations Coordinator at IAPS, where she leads hiring processes and supports a range of operational functions across the organization. Before joining IAPS, she worked in recruitment at Rethink Priorities, with a particular focus on researcher hiring, as well as hiring processes across departments and levels, including executive-level roles. She also has experience in project administration and has worked as a law and policy researcher, with prior research covering AI governance, network and information security, and biosecurity.

Eda is a qualified lawyer in Turkey. She holds an LL.M. (masters in law) degree from the London School of Economics, where she specialized in information technology law, and a law degree from Bilkent University.
