Gwen Schaefer
People Operations Manager
Gwen leads people and culture functions at IAPS.
She brings more than eight years of experience leading international, mission-driven operations. Gwen’s background includes managing geographically distributed teams, developing scalable systems and workflows, and guiding employees through periods of significant organizational change.
She holds a Master of International Service from American University’s School of International Service, and a dual B.A. in International Studies and Geography from the University of Kentucky.
