Hamish Low
Research Associate
Hamish is a research associate on the compute policy team at IAPS. Prior to joining IAPS, Hamish took part in the IAPS fellowship and GovAI summer fellowship, and worked as an industry analyst focused on telecoms and tech. Hamish holds a B.A. in History & Politics from the University of Oxford, and an MA in International Political Economy from King’s College London.
