Kelsey Henquinet
Policy Manager
Kelsey Henquinet is the Policy Manager at IAPS, focused on the organization's policy, coalitions, and engagement portfolio. Previously, she managed external relations, fellowships, and events at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab (DFRLab) and the Center for European Policy Analysis. She also worked as a Communications Assistant at the World Peace Foundation and served as a Research Assistant at the Feinstein International Center, both affiliated with Tufts University. Kelsey holds an MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a BA in Political Science and History from St. Olaf College.
