Maxwell Roberts

Max is a researcher on IAPS’ compute governance team. Before joining IAPS, Max worked in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), focusing on semiconductor export controls and international engagement. Max has a BS in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MA in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
