Oliver is a Research Analyst in the international governance and China team at IAPS. Oliver has an MA in Security Studies from Germany’s Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy, where he specialized in emerging technologies and graduated at the top of the cohort. Oliver previously obtained a BA in Modern Languages at the University of Cambridge.
