Ruby Qiu
Events Associate
Ruby Qiu is the Events Associate at IAPS, supporting the organization’s convenings and strategic engagements. Prior to this, she managed event logistics and operations at Asia Society’s Center for China Analysis. Ruby also interned with Eurasia Group’s Geostrategy team, where she contributed to geopolitical risk briefings.
She holds an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a BA from Duke University.
