Ryan Gillis
Finance Manager
Ryan is a finance and operations leader with over a decade of experience supporting nonprofits and mission-driven organizations in complex, international environments. At the Institute for AI Policy and Strategy, he leads financial systems, controls, and reporting. His work focuses on building scalable finance functions that enable strong compliance, informed decision-making, and alignment with organizational mission and impact.
He holds a joint master’s degree in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and McDonough School of Business, and is based in Washington, DC.
