Zoe Williams is the Managing Director at the Institute for AI Policy and Strategy (IAPS), where she oversees IAPS's three research teams and drives organizational planning and strategic execution.

Previously, Zoe led IAPS's Frontier Security research team, building in-depth knowledge of frontier AI capabilities and policy approaches. Prior to joining IAPS, she led a global NLP R&D effort spanning four continents and 13 teams, and modernized the analytics practice at New Zealand's largest online marketplace.
